Please complete the Ontario COVID-19 Self-Assessment screen before making an appointment and verbally report your results to our staff.  There is no penalty if you or our staff cancels a visit due to your COVID-19 Self-Assessment screening results.   

When you arrive, do not enter the clinic (doors are locked), call us from your car to be screened for symptoms over the phone.  Please wait in your car, we will call you to enter when our practitioners are ready to see you.  

You will only need your mask, wallet/purse, keys and cellphone (no other items will be allowed in the treatment rooms).  Please limit personal belonging to a minimum.  A bin will be provided for you to store unnecessary belonging by the reception area.  We use diluted bleach to clean our surfaces, be advised any items you set down on our surfaces will come in contact with diluted bleach. 

Masks are mandatory to enter the clinic.

Next, wash your hands at our hand sanitization station.  

To facilitate public health mandated physical distancing, a minimum of 20 minutes is automatically scheduled between patients.  During this time, we will be disinfecting surfaces within your treatment room. 

Payment & PPE/Sanitation Fee

Our payment terminal is covered in plastic wrap, tap feature by credit card is used when possible. Cash payment is discouraged at this time.

Due to the increased cost and scarcity of PPE and sanitation supplies, a $5 PPE/Sanitation fee is added to all in-clinic services. This fee is necessary to support small business and ensure safety for our community. No fee will be added for tele-health or curb-side pick-up. Please note your insurance company will not cover this fee. We hope these precautions will be lifted soon, so that this fee become unnecessary.
